The Org

Level One: Community Support

Where we earn our non-profit status by benefitting the community, the basis for the existence of our group. This is where we produce videos and PSA's for other non-profit organizations in the community, made by our volunteering members. These videos can be for education, rehabilitation, science, or government programs.

Level Two: Education and Training

Where we help members qualify for advancement. Under this partition of the organization, we make marketplace quality Music Videos, Corporate Training Videos, Commercials for sale, or short films for festivals to earn money for the organization. We can charge below market rates for these, yet deliver a superior product. Some positions in this level are paid, but most are volunteers.

Level Three: Feature Films & Documentaries

Our corona: Telling the Untold Story. This is where we all want to be. Why we earn all those points doing good for mankind.

Most positions in this division are fully paid, contracted obligations. This is where your screenplay gets made, you get your directing debut, or your most extravagant set design gets build. After qualifying a project through the other two levels, a member can enter here, project in hand and pitch the Board of Directors. These Feature or Documentary Films can be of any genre as long as they meet the criteria of the BYLAWS which state broadly:

Any good screenwriter can tell you that all good films have a principled theme threaded throughout. So don't think this means your film has to be preachy or have a high moral lessons for humanity. Even Horror Films, Westerns, Action Adventure Films and Fantasy stories usually have a fiber of value.

As a 501(c)3 Non Profit Corporation*, we have to fit our themes into these guidelines in order to keep our status with the US Government. It is not as difficult as it seems but some projects may not qualify. It actually challenges us to have an edge to our films. We can and should have something to say that has some controversial social value.

*As a Corporation, we cannot support specific political parties or religious views. The organization owns all rights to all Intellectual Property. By-Laws do allow for a buy-out from the writer, director, or other interested party.
